    RAID 0 or 1?

    Hello! I have a quick question...

    Wich is the fastest alternative to use? Right now i have it set up as RAID 0, but i'm about to reinstall, and mount the new D processor, so are RAID 1 Faster than RAID 0? That is the question... What do you guys think?

    1 is alot safer too, thats why i ask...

      well, there is raid 0+1 now. or u can try raid 5. best performance is raid 0. check out first, what formats your mobo supports.

          Thanks for your input... After some more reading about raid, i think i stick with raid 0, since i have 2 disks, want faster read access, and can backup my data manually.

          Raid 0 will be the best option when it comes to loading times as far as i know... :p
