cant install please help

ive tried and tried to install this game even manually. but i always get and error says failed to install start from the beggining. it always happends at the end of the third disk were i have two or three bars left till its done. then i try to ally install it but it doesnt let me access the data4 file. Its a cab file and i dont have a cab repair program please help what do i need to do.

You might want to return the game to the place you bought it and get another copy of it, your discs might be stuffed.
