You could try an ATI x1800xt

However, I have that exact card (eVGA 7900GT KO) and it is awesome. I just put in another 1 GB of memory yesterday and I run EVERYTHING on high with 4xAA and 4xAF and the game now runs fantastic. You will not regret the graphics or the FPS gain. It is amazing. There are rumors of this card having problems...I bought mine from newegg.com and it is awesome...no problems at all.

I would swear by this card.

If you need some screenshots I'll be happy to take some for you tonight...

Re: good card? - EVGA E-GEFORCE 7900 GT CO

The newer ones had the voltage bumped up to 1.5v, I think. That pretty much solved all the problems.

$300CAD is an excellent price for that card, but I'm not sure if the CO had the voltage bumped, I know the KO did.

If you aren't overclocking, then that's an excellent card. Even if you are overclocking, its still an excellent overclocker, but there are better versions of the 7900GT that overclock even better.

                            Its not working.

Adonis, the KO version is indeed better, but it is also more expensive. If its going to stretch your budget, or you aren't going to overclock, then just stick with the CO. If not, feel free to go for the KO.
