cannot READ!

i own a xps 400 and i choose to have a 13 in 1 Media Card Reader and today i sjut found out it doesnt read my card...everything is plugged in and i try to use the dell driver install disk but wont help...is there any other program/driver to run it..thanks

please help me!!!

For starters, never use the drivers that are put and the disk. You could, just most of the time they are out of date. More help to come when you supply what video card you have. You can find out by going to Control Panel -> System or alternatively, right clicking My Computer and hitting the properties tab -> accessing device manager, and looking under display devices if memory serves correct

Just curious, but how does knowing what video card he has help with getting the drivers for his card reader to install help?

couldnt hurt could it?

sometime hardware may have conflicts with each other if they are on the same IRQ channel
