I know you love your post count Eddy, but seriously your being an ass. The OP doesnt understand so he asks for help, and you are giving him bad advice based on you not knowing WTF you are talking about. Thats almost the definition of being uninformed. You are being counter-productive so maybe you should just butt out.

Wel, of course i love my post count, but i am actually a good poster, and not a spammer, if you are wonder, iam NOT in a good mood, normally i would be non lazy and go look it up and say how idiotic the guy on phone was, but no, i don't feel like it. Anyways, like i said, if he stated he had good dual +12v rails, i wouldn't be here. Anyways, how bout i DON"T butt out. Anyways, i know more about what i'm talking about that most people here at the hardware forum. If you jsut noticed, i took a 5 month break from TBF2, does that mean i'm a noob, no, just cuz you don't know me as much as flanker or matdef, or jimmy, don't mean i dont' know as much as them. Anyways, i already left lol, i left for (this part is gonna be deleted by the mods) fever gaming, which is set up by the original owner of TBF2, as i said, mods will delete this in a attempt to censor the new Fever Gaming site.

And yet, i could care lesss, this is problably my mood kicking in (slept at about 2:00AM lol), so it may jsut be me being grumpy, and if you want spammer, here's spammer: OMFG< NVIDIA ROCKS, ATI SUXXORS, and imagine me saying that in every single thread out there, spamming is just off topic and unrelated. That is spam. And if you call me spamming, your last 2 or three posts must be spam too.

If your too stupid to know what you are talking about, too lazy to find out and too grumpy to reply politely you do not belong in a thread devoted to helping somebody else. If the OP followed your advice he would just have wasted his money buying a PSU he didnt need. THAT is the price of your incompetence, somebody else paying out maybe the equivalent of $100 that you would be responsible for, will you be sending him a cheque? If you couldnt care less dont waste everyone elses time.

thanks for yor help Tokenrit my mum has sent an email to them demanding her money back and she has included all of these leagel things which are clearly stated on there websire that i can get my money back lol and the guy who emailed me said i couldnt

Ah I never hold a grudge, I hope you get this sorted out Danny, I never had a problem before so I find it quite strange .
To be clear, they have emailed you that you cannot have a refund or replacement? They MUST offer you an RMA if you ask for one. Be very clear and forcefully ask for an RMA number. If they refuse to give you an RMA ask for it in writing, that will probably scare the crap out of them.
