How does phase change stack up, and how expensive is the cheapest phase nowadays?

As for how it stacks up, most will keep a CPU to -50C, consistantly.
You can always go custom, but that requires ALOT of knowlage about refregeration tech.

Portugal doesn't stand a chance, IMO. Both teams played horribly today, compared to the amazing performance by both France and Brasil. I think its going to be France vs. Germany in the final.

Don't forget ocz is supposed to be coming out with a sub $300 phase unit sometime this summer, which looks very promising.
