Yeah just plug it into the little red input on the back or front of your computer.
EDIT: Do you mean how to plug it, or if you can use it in game, because i have an 1/8'' jack mic and it works fine...

Did you enable it in the game and do the sound test?
Sometimes theres a mic control thing on the wire from the mic, is that set to on or high?
Is it even plugged in?
