VGA Switch Trouble

I bought one of these :



So that I could switch the inputs between my Xbox360 and my PC so that I didnt have to keep unplugging the monitor to plug it into my PC or my Xbox360.

Only problem is that the quality of image on my screen is extermely poor when its connected to the switch (Its kind of blurry and looks like its a double overlay thats slightly off centre....if that makes sense)

So I was wondering if there was any way to correct this, or if there was an alternative switch or method of switching inputs without having to disconnect the cables.

well my guess is the box is a poor quality.

I used to use the model up to connect my ps2 laptop and my pc to the same screen!

I ordererd the one with the PS/2 instead of the USB adapters because I wont be using it for mouse / keyboard input.
