But, am I looking at performance (even without the 2gb's of RAM + using a ''devider'') wich runs smooth at 1280*1024-medium/high?

And I've encountered another problem, it seems that my Codegen 400Watt had a 20-pin connection, and my new motherboard (Asus A8N5X) has a 24-pin connection, will I be able to use my PSU in the new system, and if it does, will it supply enough power to let it run?

Get a new psu, trying to make that old one work in not reccomended and could destroy your system.
