Back to my other post, didnt know how to bump it back here but

i've heard of this problem before. its quite common actually, its your PSU making the sound. its under strain and probably getting a power leak somewhere. might be time to change your PSU. if u dont believe, u can try google it, your problem is actually quite widely debated before too.

and i cant beleave it , it is my PSU, I took my computer apart again and did a lot of trial and error by unplugging every fan one by one and trying to find out what was makeing the sound but none of them were so then i got another ear and asked them were they think it was comeing from and they said down there, (Were the PSU is). SO now, Any of you know how i could fix it? or do i have to call em up and talk to Tech support lol.

Call and talk to tech. What kind of PSU is it? You may be better off just buying a better one.

If you just bought it a few days ago you can RMA it to newegg. The have an online process that you can do right now, and ship it out tomorrow.

Then call newegg up, and get a rma started.

If you have positively determined it's the PSU, by swapping in another PSU, RMA it back to Newegg.

No Antec PSU are poss the best out there, Iv had about 4 in 4 differnt computers and they are all great just u mught get the bad one from time to time.

Why are antec PSU's bad? I was gonna buy the Antec true power 2.0 550W psu, but now i dont know.

They are not BAD in the same way as a real cheap PSU is, I would qualify them more as mediocre. IMO for whatever you spend on an antec you could get a better PSU from a different brand. Having said that antec do make some good cases.

Don't regret it, antec makes really good, quality, affordable psu's.
