shopping for new monitor

OK I am currently using a viewsonic 21" CRT that is on the fritz... actually zapped off the other day while I was online...
I am looking at getting a LCD screen as a replacement now that the prices are reasonable :) what I am looking at is either:
19" 1280x1024--2ms--650:1--$260
20.1" 1600x1200--5ms--800:1--$360
20.1" 1600x1200--8ms--1000:1--$440

I'd personally go with the Samsung, but all of them are great monitors.

2ms is unnecessary, so don't let that be a deciding factor.

Eh, I'm not a fan of cheap LCDs... I'd say stick with the trusted brands.

yea I was trying to decide if I could handle not having 1600x1200 res on the 19" I have my desktop set at that but play most games at 1280x1024...
Samsung looks like the one I will probably get...

on a side note what does the extra 200 contrast ratio give you between the samsung and the viewsonic?
