EA downloader :( not workn plz help

ok ive just downloaded th EA downloader and whn i runn it it cums up with a core error or somthng plz can eny one help !

this is wht comes up when i ruun the downloader.

just wont to get it sortd coz its doin my head in
finaly got my pay 2 day after a mouth of my work F**KN it up first thng i buy AF and thn my Downloader downt work
