Re: tv on computer?
Repends if your card support VIVO. If not then you will need a tuner card like the PVR-150 or similar.

Re: tv on computer?
I've got a hauppauge(?) pci card that i bought over a year ago. Dont know how i ever lived without it. Normally i have it sized to a 4x4" window down near my clock and simply click on it to go full screen. At one point i had my xbox hooked up through it.

Re: tv on computer?
Check out this website. In the right column is a flash demo, thats the same thing i have. I think i paid $40 over a year ago for the card so i'm sure its much cheaper than that now. You can also run your cable tv through it too, like i do.

Re: tv on computer?
Your video card allows you to use a TV as a monitor. To watch TV on your computer, you need a TV-tuner, which is not the same as a video card. Google around, i know pinnacle has a couple of those cards that goes into a PCI slot.
