you can fit the fan in fine, if you have two open PCI or otherwise slots open, right undereachother.
as for the cathode, probably you could find somewhere to put it. it comes with sticky stuff to stick it anywhere.Comment

though i the xps had no holes to see it through unless you are talking about the front vent thing and you want to see it through that
As long as you have to slots open in the back you should be fine
The cathode light should be easy because the case is pretty open from what ive heard
Though i also heard they had really good cooling the way they cameComment
