Spyware

What is a good spyware program. Im sure i got it my computer is very slow and its not viruses, i have ad aware but maybe its detecting some, and im positive its not from having to much stuff on my PC.

I use panda, it's free and very extensive. I ran the spyware/virus detector on it after about 1 month of internet (after a fresh install of windows) and had roughly 17 spywares and 4 virus :o :hmm: . I would be sure to use something and there are a lot of good free programs out there.

do you let it auto detect, or do you scan it?

I run a full system scan about every 3 days...but if it's normally on it will block spyware/virus and update on it's own :) .

can you give me a link to where you dled it from

ok well i have a registry scan program and i had like 800 problems but i could only fix like 200 because you have to buy it so do most spyware programs scan the registry files? i also had spyware doctor but i cant delete any of the 200 found files unless i buy it which is like 29 for it. So what are good free ones
