Upgrading motherboard and processor

I'm planning on upgrading my processor and motherboard to help me get better performance than I currently do on games, especially BF2. I've currently got an Asrock K7S8X motherboard, and an AMD Athlon 2400+ processor. The current hardware I've got is a Radeon X800 Pro 256mb 256bit and 1.75gb ram, pc3200 and an old Philips 5.1 sound card. So what would be a good motherboard and processor with a budget of preferebly under £150.

I've just looked at microdirect, and I've managed to cut the price down to a bitesize £129 including postage!

Here's what I'll be getting the second I get the money:

If you buy something from ebuyer, it is likely to show up broken and battered or just not the correct product at all.
Buying from Scan depends how much they like you. I have bought several £100 pounds worth of stuff so they treat me right but apparently this is not the case for everyone.
If you buy from overclockers I find you ALWAYS get excellent service, and if you ever have any problems you can hop on their forums and get a huge amount of helpful replies almost within an hour! Many of their employees seem to be active moderators on there and will help you out with any problems you have.

I think I'll try microdirect, seems very cheap there, only £10 for next day delivery for a motherboard and processor... Sounds good to me
