Sounds like either your CPU cant handle it, bad memory or running out. Maybe your PSU cant provide enough power?

if that happens then it just started now because i never had this problem. what happens is that from time to time lke everyminute i get a 15 second MASSIVE LAG and my dps will drop like to 5 fps. every game, from 30 fps to 5, from 60 to 5 , any game. but is just in games i have not noticed in videos/Music
