How do the kids in the UK do? With the gap-year thingy. They get sponsors right? i'm way too lazy to search for it or how does it work. Has any of you ever had an experience with it or can give a simple explanation on how it works. Also, wouldnt freelancing work ? I'm just not sure how

I dont know on the UK thing. You could do freelancing stuff, but thats more of a job and you usually work harder to do that.

Yeah, it's my situation right now, instead of going directly from Highschool to UNI or working, you take a year to know the world and to be sure of what you want to do in life.
