well this is taken @ 4xAA / 16xAF everything maxed

personally I dont run around ingame and look at fences, but I do think mine looks better than your adaptive and I'm still at 116fps...

      I really can't tell a difference either.......

wreck's verison looks more life like though, with the way the light is reflected off a building, and the way the AK looks.

This is showing transparancy AA, which is nvidia's version of adaptive AA:

        Compare 4xAA with 4xAA TSS

dont really notice adaptive aa much in my game, accept that it shaves a mear 10-20fps off of my game....

My settings in that shot are 6x adaptive AA and 16x HQ AF. High quality AF does as much damage to your FPS as adaptive AA. You can really only compare your FPS to if you have the same settings and are at the same location since you're not even rendering any grass in that picture. Viewing angle of the fence determines the smoothness even with Adaptive AA on.

My pictures were also taken on battlefield patch 1.2 with Catalyst 6.2 beta drivers.

Can you tell me where you got the control panel from? I cant stand the ccc. never have and never will. I just upgraded to a x1600 and my old control panel wont work with it and the 6.4,6.5 only comes with ccc. I just double checked the ati site and dont see the control panel for download. Any help?

I'll take a guess and say shader model 3.

Thos are old drivers and pictures on my VX924. I'm currently using a VX2025, and I'm on 6.5's but a higher res. I just had to RMA my monitor to viewsonic so I'm on my backup rig right now.
