yes but he has custom liquid cooling comprised of several different parts. The kit you want to buy is just a generic piece of crap and you could probably get better temps on air. no offense.

IndianScout what settings are you using for those shots? Do you have the following?

6x Adaptive AA
16x HQ AF
Cat AI set to standard?

If so those seem to be like nice gains over a single card.

Can you take a screenshot of a fence showing your FPS please? I'm considering going crossfire because of my wide screen res.

sure, but this is on a single card, my crossfire board isnt installed yet..

this is 4xAA / 8xAF standard AI

Uh, maybe I should have been more specific. I meant a chain linked fence. If you don't have adaptive AA on then it doesn't matter.

16x HQ AF and 6x Adaptice AA would cut those FPS in half at least.

On my system I was running 1600x1200@60hz All high with 6x with Adaptive AA enabled and 16xAF with high quality af enabled and those fences definately are a fps killer. I changed my settings to all high except medium lighting, shadows and 4xAA still 16xAF for my 32v32 matches.

Do you really need a reason to go crossfire? If you have the money I'd say go for it.

You need CCC installed to have those higher quality options. Well this is what 6x Adaptive AA does to a fence, and you'd notice if you took a pic farther from the fence.
