Spec me a near silent Case/PSU/HD

In preparation for a new Conroe system I am pre-buying some components that I think won't change in price at launch, such as the case and PSU! Im selling my old box so I need everything from scratch. I really want it to be very quiet as I sleep around 3 feet from my box and it frequently has to run for 72+ hours continuously, this also means it must have fairly good cooling!

Couple cases I am looking at right now are:
Lian-Li PC7+
Antec Super LANBOY
Antec Sonata 2

I am very open to other suggestions but I would like to stick with 120mm fans! Obviously I will also need a PSU but I havent even begun looking at these, again they must be very quiet. Finally I will grab a new HD, does anyone have any experience with a quiet high-performing HD brand?
I guess for the case and PSU my budget targets around £100 or a little over $150, however I can always pay a little more if somebody knows something really worth getting. Dont include the HD in the budget!

Finally please dont suggest water-cooling. Right now I am not really interested in the work/expenditure this would entail.

Thats more like £200 :p.
I would go to £150 but £200 is pushing it a little. In fact £150 is fine if thats what it will take, it just seems a little extravagant for anything more than that. I mean I know I can get a decent FSP and case for under £100 so I would have thought an extra £50 for some piece and quiet was reasonable, but maybe I am wrong.
The phantom is the steepest thing, the case seems fairly reasonable. The phantom looks like it will cost me as much in £ as it costs on newegg in $ :laugh:.
For british prices I usually buy from overclockers.co.uk if you need a reference as to how much things cost over here.
