the 64 3700 san diego socket 939 2.2ghz is about $200 right now it surely is worth every penny. I've read those are easily overclocked to 2.6ghz and in some cases 2.8ghz on stock fans,stock heatsink, and the right thermal paste (AS-5 or better). 3.0-3.2ghz can be achieved if you put some $$$ into cooling. When vista rolls around the 1mb L2 cache on it will keep it in the game and will ensure it's survival.
In my next build I will be using one on an EpoX board (never used one that brand) but based on shining reviews and a lan center's owner that is running em in his pc's. I've decided to give it a shot.
