hey guys im soon gonna get viewsonic 20.1 inch but im having soume doubt and might go for dell...can u guys post me some screenshot playing bf2 on this sweet monitor plssss!!!!!!!

Dunno about the 20" model, but I have the 19" VX922 and it is an AWESOME monitor.

lol, what good is a screenshot going to do? The screenshot is of what the GFX card outputs, not what the monitor displays. Not to mention you'd be veiwing it on your owm monitor that you have now....

I'm planning on, getting teh vx2025 also,but was concerned about certain games supported widescreen , such as BF2. I know the the game usually only displays resolutions that the monitor can display, so when i get this monitor, will my bf2 resolution ratios change from 4:3 to 8:5? I know some games( CoD2, anything that runs on source) that give you the option to change to widescreen mode in the video options. So whats up with BF2 then?

i think theres a forced code u type in the bf2 properties to force it to widescreen resolution, but i cant find it. can u guys tell us what to do to force the bf2 to the resolution 1680x1050 widescreen?

i think theres a code, something u put in the bf2 properties to run it on widescreen resolution. can u guys tell us what to type to bf2 properties to for widescreen resolution 1680x1050. not stretched but like normal just wider.

thnx man!!...anyway i went to circuitcity today and its not available. its only available online but problem is i dont have credit card, so....i dont know what to doooooooooooooo!

i got it guys!!!!! went to office depot and saw the most beautifull monitor.. its an awesome monitor although i havent tested it on bf2 cos my cable connection keeps disconnecting...anyway Tehfunk u wont regret getting this monitos its just awsome..tell me what u think when u get it.

Wreck, i tried the code, it causes a crash tyring to run it at 1280x800. Any ideas why?

Try deleting your video.con file in your

X:\Documents and Settings\X\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\000x
