Okay, so I came home today, and my brother had been trying to burn a CD in the CD-RW drive, and put the disc in, turned on iTunes, and left it there. I went to open the drive and it wouldn't open. I put my ear close to it, and I hear the buzzing of the drive as it is trying to do something, like bzzz, bzzz, bzzz, every 3 seconds. My thought is that he put the blank disc in upside down and jammed the drive, and now it won't open. What should I do? Lucklily I have a second DVD drive, so I can still play games. I was thinking that I could uninstall the drive and disconnect it from the motherboard and power supply, and then remove it, and figure out what to do from there. Is this the right solution, or should I just get a tech guy to fix it and waste $40 if I can do it myself? Thanks.

Re: CD-RW Problem...
to open it there is a little hole on the front and take a paper clip and unfold it and push it in there and it should open and remove the disk and it should work. -
