Hard to say. Some people say this summer, others say fall. To be honest I don't know anymore.

STOP.......! dont go to pc world! shop around on the net or
try a different PC shop, you can easily beat their prices :)

            take a L@@K

I would recommend an MSI or ASUS SLI mobo that will give you plenty of scope for future graphics capability.

Dont worry about upgrading your HD unless u getting a SATA 150 one, money is better spent on graphics card.

Well, for a 30% discount I'd buy there too. Its a good machine, I wouldn't worry about anything.

O Danny Boy! Matdef gave you good advice and steered you right. You'll be very happy.

Oh, what type of monitor do you have? A nice, fast 19 inch LCD will really help. I have the one recommended by Tom's Hardware, a Hyundai L90D+ and am very pleased with it. Get a good solid wireless mouse and KB too if you can.

Re: buying parts tommorow need help

Judging from your current specs I would estimate you have a 300 - 350 watt PSU and you will want to jump to around 500 watts for your new system. In fact, if you have anything less than 450 or so now, you should upgrade that.

My current rig (Barton 3200, 2GB PC3200, 2x SATA HDDs in RAID-0 and an x800XT Video card) was crashing in BF2 constantly... I couldt figure out why until a friend suggested a new PSU... I got the new power supply, (500 watt Antec) and its been rock solid since then.

Do yourself a favor and hook up a beefy power supply.

Make sure you have a hardware firewall (router) and software firewall and AV program.
