I'm looking at getting a nvidia 7900 and I've heard that temps can get high, so i wondered what would be the best and least expensive cooler?

Please educate yourself before you post in in BF support. As much as I love people getting help in there, there has to be order to this chaos.

Frankly, as long as you have a decent cooling set up inside your case, you should be fine, unless of course, you're running it in SLI. Then you have some heat problems you may want to look into. Also, make sure the company yoru card is made by covers 3rd party coolers. I believe BFG and eVGA covers them in theur lifetime warranties. Some times, it's best to leave it as is and let the company cover for a card.

Evga will support you even if you put an after market cooler on the card. As long as you do not break the card you are under warranty.

Nope, bfg has the lifetime warranty but if you've modified the cooler it's void. XFX has the dual warranty, meaning if you sell it to someone else they are covered too. Evga is the only one that I know of that allows you to swap heatsinks on their cards and still keep the warranty.
