Yeah my PC is hella dirty, dust and crap everwhere.... I was thinking of using the vacume and like I was wondering if it would get f***ed up if I used it. Yeah the PC will be off im talking about static and that?

buy a can of pressurised air and blast it away, you can use a vacume, but dont actually touch anything. Be carfull, make sure its not plugged in too.. -

Well I don't really feel like dieing today so that can of pressurised air sounds good. Either that or I have to take all the hardware out and clean each piece individually :l
