GeForce 6200

Ok so i just got the GeForce 6200 (AGP) and 1 GB of pc 133 RAM...
the game STILL wouldnt run!!
it was all laggy, the server kicked me because i had a ping of 303~~~ :cry:
i think i know why, but im not sure, why it isnt working..
i think its because its supposed to be 8x AGP and i only have 4x AGP...is that why? thanks

No 4x AGP vs. 8x shouldn't make a diffrence. Try servers with lower pings. Also the 6200 is a horrid card that isn't meant for gaming, is it too late to return it?

What are the rest of your specs? That 6200 is a complete dog, I'm not suprised it barely runs.

6600gt or a 6800 would be miles ahead of the 6200, Get either of them if you can.

Don,t go lower than the 6800 if you can afford it. I use one with 2 gig of ddr ram and a celeron 2.6g cpu believe it or not. Game runs nice.

Celeron is enough, but my 6200 always runned at my computer until 1.21...
(256 mb, agp 8x) then i had to use an even worse card that did work.

Which with his current computer would be a colossal waste of money. You have to go back a couple of weeks when he posted his system specs,

and as he said in his opening post here,

1 GB of pc 133 RAM

Based on the specs that he posted previously, it is extremely doubtful that his current psu is even up to running a 6600GT, nevermind a 6800 (of any kind).

All things considering, he needs to stop spending money on what he has and start saving for a new computer instead.

Not exactly what you wanted to hear, but all things considering as far as upgrading your current pc goes, it would be akin to a moneypit. And the sad part is that you would never be able to recover what was spent by selling the old computer either.
