    Higher or Lower Response

    On LCD monitors which is beter a higher or lower response time for example which is beter

    4ms or 12ms?

      The lower the better, though you shouldn't notice the difference between 12 and 4 ms.

          Lower = better, but anything under 8 is great and you shouldnt notice ghosting at all.
