Stop being such fanboys, just stick to the facts.. proven facts... thats all i base what i get on.

And the facts are:
ATI: Superior ultra high end hardware, horrible drivers
Nvidia:Great ultra high end hardware (not as good as ati, but close), very good drivers

Thats the truth, just ask anyone who is forced to use ati drivers.

Which is why my new pc is an Nvidia, lol.. just saying, stick to the facts, if ATI had great drivers, i would go them, but they dont.. i have had up to her *holds hand above head8 with them.. so its time to change.. lol.

On top of that Nvidia has better price to performance mid and lower range offerings.

Honestly IMO they have better value in the upper range as well. If you can get a 7900gt that works, just voltmod it and your running close to 1900XTXs.

I would say thats completely true if they didn't have sub $300 X1800 XT 512's floating around. You can't get a high end Nvidia card with 512mb of ram for anywhere near $300.

^ wow that sapphire is a steal! I have a 7800GT right now, which I payed a damn fortune for six months ago. I'm still happy with it now, soon I might try to pull another one off ebay for cheap and go SLI to hold me off until next big upgrade. I think I might go back to ATI, their price/performance ratio is great.

thats funny... i have no problem with ATI drivers, if you did ANY research at all you all would know you can run ATI cards with out CCC and use ATI tray (or the old ATI control panel), so in total my ATI drivers are using about 4 mb of system ram... bloated huh, nvidia cheaper... last time i checked you can get a X1900 XT for sub 400 now havent seen a GTX below 450, everyone goes on and on about the 7900's voltage mods and blah blah blah http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...r1cx/step3.jpg software adjustable voltage > hard mod, noise an issue with the X1900... well then get a HIS ICEQ3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161014 , oh and is the better IQ argument really needed because everyone knows ATI has the better feature set with this generation, oh and for the thread topic... crossfire... oh quit whining about the cables... its a cable in the back of your PC... it takes like 4 seconds to connect and i honestly dont understand whats their to whine about... oh yeah crossfires the ONLY way to go if you want high levels of AA (8-14x) with good performance (without 4 gpus... that master cards compositing chip is their for a reason). As long as ATI keeps this up the green side wont be getting any of the green from my wallet.
