i haf it play medium-high 2xAA and in Nividia menu i have 4xAAF
and not overcloakd

dyna light and shadow on low

At 800x600 right?
The vanilla 6600 is a pretty much a joke, the memory runs too slow. Instead try to find a 6600GT, much better and probably not much more expensive.

either 6600GT or 6800 GS, possibly also a X800 or X850.
