Hi, ill be getting a new PC soon. Just wondering if there is a company that make decent, silent or near silent PCs??

Build your own and go for silent coolers and PSU's. Read reviews and such.

If you want a quiet PSU, look at the ones that have 1 big fan on the bottom.... The fan is so big that it doesn't have to spin very fast, making it extremely quiet!

Here's a starting point to get some ideas about manufacturers:

Like mentioned above, small fans have to turn faster to move enough air so usually make the most noise (GFX + CPU coolers).
