How much of a performance boost will i get if I 2x my Ram

512 PC-3200 -> 1024 PC-3200
FX-5600 ultra 128mb

I know my system is ghetto (high school student) , but i manage with low-med
So how much of a performance boost can i expect going to 1 GB 2.5 Latency generic Ram w/o dual channel (I hate A7N8X-X mobo)?

If your playing it on medium to low not much BUT on HIGH it should make the game alot more playable!

Roughly speaking: the moments that you get bad performance AND you see you HD light will become a lot smoother.

Studdering will go away, FPS will not increase.

But your load times will skyrocket. thats what In oticed when I upgraded, and it was pure heavenly bliss for me :) I also started reading alot less
