My atitraytools temp indicator says that my video card reaches above 90 degrees when the 3d window is open. I find that very hard to believe, as I notice no artifacts, and have only recently been experimenting with oc'ing my card (ATI x800xt AIW).
Case cooling is good-to-excellent for air (2x120mm push/pulling in back and front, pushing in back and a 80mm in the psu). CPU temp is usually no more than 65 degrees C, mobo never gets above 60 degrees C.
An easy (but unlikely answer) would be that ATITrayTools is reporting my temps in Farenheit, not C, but I haven't been able to find good documentation.
Any advice? Is TrayTools whacked? IS ATI sending TrayTools bad info? Everything seems ok, so I find it hard to believe that I could fry an egg on my AIW card!
If it matters, rest of heat-relevant specs are p4 3.0 and an antec 380W psu (yes, 380W is adequate).
