NO you will lag a lot and dont thing about high setting..you have to take in your CPU and RAM also into the picture.

NO you will lag a lot and dont thing about high setting..you have to take in your CPU and RAM also into the picture.

as long as he has a fairly modern processor (anything that doesn't say "celeron" on it) he should be fine on the CPU. He said he had 512mb, so yeah--needs at least another 512mb stick to take advantage of the new graphics card.

I have a the evga 7600gs w/fan and i run all settings maxed, 1280x1024, with an average fps of 70-80. hmmmmm

So I guess 7600gs is good, cause ima prolly get that with 1 1/2 of SDRAM
