is the extra $30 worth it?
i would also be getting 2gb RAM...wat RAM should i get? if i got the Operton...i would need to save $30 on the RAM but if i got the X2 3800 i would have an extra $30 for the RAM...

also, i think i should save my money and get a better computer right off the bat instead of buying a video card right as i get it...

can someone just give me some examples on wat i would be looking at for $1,300?

No Video Card (*dont need it now*)
19in LCD (BenQ has a cheap one -6ms i think and 700:1)
2GB (i dunno wat brand)
AMD (either opty or X2)
any Mobo
250+ HD
any Case
any PSU
DVD +/-R

lol...well see if i didnt get a video card..i would have a better computer right off the bat...but if i did get a video card then i would have to make everything in my computer a lil worse...sooo do u think i should just wait till ihave enough money to get a video card or get it with my computer?

It's really not that much cheaper. I'd go with one of the first two you posted.
