Well i just got a new lap top but when it runs i ms a hight pich huming sound
anyone know y?

Could be a noisy fan or hard drive.... Maybe even the cd drive. I just got my new X850XT video card and when the fan is idling it makes a really high pitched noise.... Much like a tv or something.

can the hard drive make a hight pich sound olmost like a squeling
and i dont think its the fan

I think bad caps, powersupplies or sometimes even CPUs can make a high pitch sound. I never heard the noise so I cant really compare
