Uh, it sounds like you've pretty much decided what you want, so why not design it yourself?

i think i might just get one from ibuypower.com
i can get one for like 2400
with a 19in viewsonic lcd gamer screen
          2 79gts
          2gb corsair xms
          300gb

I know what you mean. I have been sticking with Lian Li for that reason.

You'll need a good PSU for dual 7900's.

If you're gonna spend that much, I'd recommend going ati. Get the asus board with the xpress 3200 chipset and two x1900xt's.

Nah, don't go laptop. Too expensive, overheat easily, and they are much harder to upgrade.

Dont go CrossFire.. still to many problems with it. i mean yea, the x1900xtx is a great card... but on its own.. when you add two.. you are just asking for problems. Dont forget, the 7900GT's use external power (i think) so the PSU doesnt need to be like 700W, but a good 500-600W PSU would be adviasble.

But still, spending that much money on inferior hardware is kinda dumb. Sure, crossfire still got some problems, but just ask anyone that has sli how error free it is (hint: it's not). The 3200 chipset fixed most of the problems ati was having, and for ultra high end at this point ati is the only way to go.
