What Settings on a 6600GT

What settings would i have to put bf2 on, on a:

Amd Athlon 4000+
1 Gig (going to get another 512 soon)
Nvidia Geforce 6600GT

i was thinking meduim? but can i play higher if i put that 512 to make it 1.5 gig?

or should i just get a Nvidia Geforce 6800 with 1 gig?

I have a 6600GT with 2 gigs of ram and I play on all high no problem.

lol... even a 6800GT will not run this game at all high with a good resoloution (1280x1024) it might at 1024x768... but nothing higher.. and maybe not even that.

my 7800GTx runs all on high with 8x AA and that acheives 50 - 60fps

BUT my other pc with a 6800GT does about 40 - 50fps with 2x AA and 1gb of ram

I have tried all high on BF2 with 2Gb of ram BF2 will lag bad unless you put a low resolution, but then will still not perform all that well. The 128mb of video ram is not enough. If you say all high then that must mean every graphic setting at high, and 4x AA.

heres my specs
anthlon 64 3200
6600GT
2 gigs kingston value RAM
before I bought the 2 gigs i could only play on a medium low but now I can pplay on all high :)

it is possible to play all high with a 6600GT, but you'll need the 256mb version.

wow, nice boom. So if i get a 7600GT i could play even HIGHER than that.
