    Accounts / ect.

    Guys, how do i do that.. system restore? Where i delete things that were installed from then on. I just pick a date, i used to know how to get to it but i forgot. Also, how do i delete a user account? I'm using windows XP.

          I disable system restore on all my PC's. It's just a harbor for Virii.

            Most of the stuff MS adds to Windows are "we tried but failed" programs. My XP Pro install is only 400MB.

              And if a virus does manage to find its way into a restore point and is found during a virus scan, it is a very easy fix. All you do is turn off System Restore and then turn it back on, instant virus removal.

                True, but I don't see the point of even having it on since I've never gotten it to work correctly. Seems like it's just there to say it's there.

                  It's a much better solution to have a 400GB backup/external drive.
