If your video card is PCI-E and your motherboard has PCI-E slots then i'm pretty sure it will fit.

Everything is pretty self-explanatory when building a PC. If you see both the gfx card and mobo say "PCIx16", then yes, they are compatible. Same thing with RAM, CPUs, and HDs.
