    Little doubt choosing notebook...

I want to buy a notebook for my college next year but I am also a little bit addicted to BF2. So I have 2 questions which probably will come down to one.

I found a notebook at Dell. The inspiron 6400....2.0GHz...80GB...1024MB DDR2...Ati Mobility Radeon X1400 my question is, Is Dell reliable and quality?

Another notebook I found is Fujitsu Siemens 1.66GHz...100GB for the rest pretty much the same... Is this a reliable brand and do the deliver quality?

My last question, so it finally comes down to three, is it a big differance between 1,66GHz and 2.0GHz

Fujitsu Siemens because you can't trust Dell, they bring bad quality to your house unless you get a 3 year GOLD warranty, then you can get it fixed when it breaks in few days.

yeah, dell is unreliable, but pretty popular. And when you're asking about the processor, can you specify what type of processor each has? Are they both P4s? centrinos? AMD (though I am pretty sure Dell and AMD don't mix)

Intel Core T2300 for the Fujitsu and T2500 for the Dell....But I think i will buy the Fujitsu because colleges comes first and it saves 150€

I've had quit a few dells...desktops and laptops, both at home and at work. I would not buy one of their laptops again. A consistent string of bad experiences that has led me to believe that they are not a good investment.

If you don't need this until starting college at the end of the summer, I would wait as long as you can. There is a good chance that the price will go down or the units will be upgraded to better specs.

I've had a dell would buy again...but not for gaming...

I would look into an MSI-1039 with a turion procesoor and an ATI x1600
and a newer model Sager NP5320

heres a site to sager's models...they look great btw, build quality is amazing from the reviews I've seen.
