I think the biggest problem is that the hardware/tech center forum is a sub forum and its incredibly easy to pass over. It took me about 2 weeks posting in the support forum about hardware questions to even notice there was a hardware forum.
I'm not sure a name change will do much, as most people wont even see this forum. IMO

We also need some good hardware only mods in here, people that could move threads and that people might actually listen to. Maybe give them a tag that says,"TotalBF2 Hardware Guru", or something. Just an idea.
