Who wants to help me pick out a sound card?

Right now I have some integrated realtek 850 soundcard, it works good but I cant use all the fancy options that games have.

First of all would it really be worth the money to get a new soundcard? Am I going to notice a huge difference in sound quality?

Im trying to spend less than 50 bucks here so if Im being that cheap would it even be worth it?

If you're going to be cheap, it probably won't be worth it. You could go for an audigy 2 zs, but that won't be a massive improvement. For that, go with an x-fi xtreme music.
