We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.

Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I too am wondering which settings work. Currently, I can play decently at 1600x1200 with all High settings, 4xAA and app controlled AF. Supersampling is also enabled. I am wondering, should I turn off supersampling, because I do get some fram rate dips.
If you had not heard me say any of that, what would be the ABSOLUTE best I could play on while maintaining a high FPS?
Super sampling is a big hog. Great visuals, but its eats FPS. Turn it off if you want to raise FPS. You could also try 8xS AA in the nvidia control panel, and then turn off manual super sampling.
The performance issue is because the BF2 engine is a POS.
Need proof, max everything out on graphics and look at your FPS.
Now lower all settings to the lowest possible, yes even resolution, and now look at you FPS(ofcourse same place and loction as first time).
i play at 1600x1200. SLI is SUPPOSE to give benefit at high res like this but not for me. I still saw dips to freakin 29fps in a firefight on a 64 player Karkand map.
Oh god i hate how this game runs. My series of upgrades has done nothing to improve bf2 performance. I just did not want to see a framerate of 40 or 29 again but it happens. I guess it is impossible to make bf2 run well. I do get good fps but i hate seeing these pathetic dips to 29fps. That is unacceptable
