    My old Athlon ran way hotter than that...... then i bought a lubly tin of air and blasted all the gunk out of the heatsinks and as if by magic my little foot oven was cured.

        I have an amd 3200+ and it runs @ 32c/90f temp as default, as i overclock my chip i have installed an new hsf which i control from the back of my rig, this helps as you can increase/decrease rpm to your suite your needs, definatly need to sort out some heat dissapation on your rig buddy.
