Hey everyone. I'm not really new here. Been visiting the site since Novemeber but was never active in the forums. Also not new to Battlefield 2 either. I got the game the first week it came out. Check out my stats here. I pretty much play exclusively on 24/7 Karkand Only servers. 24/7 Karkand Team *PTX* is usually where I'm at. Anyways, see you all around.

Just out of interest why is Karkand so popular? Sure I like a good city map for some toe-to-toe fighting but constantly, it must be pretty tedious. I think there are some awesome larger maps out there, one of my favourites has to be FuShe Pass which is great for infantry and vechicle lovers alike. Operation Cleansweep being my favourite map; only problem is alotta people who go China enjoy base raping with the J10's then Operation Cleansweep can be your worst nightmare. :cry: Anyway just thought I'd say "Hi" here rather then opening a whole new thread.

Well, Karkand, it's small and fast-paced. There is spawn camping still with the tanks and all but at least there is something you can do about it unlike if you're getting raped by a jet. You also don't have to go far to get to the action because everyone is so close together. I pretty much play it because it's fun and you get more points faster.

Karkand is known for being most popular, but also known for being the most complained about. I avoid that map now because Im totally sick of it. I go on wide open maps and play with a well organized squad. Teamwork points rack up hella good when you play the right way.
