The setting switches between 1080p with a chance of a reduced framerate at parts and 720p with a more stable, higher framerate.

Megalodon Easter Egg Discovered in Battlefield 4
It may have taken the release of three expansions, but the Megalodon Easter Egg for Battlefield 4 has finally been uncovered. What started out as mere rumor and speculation from many in the community has finally resulted in one very cool looking Easter Egg in the Naval Strike expansion for the game.
This is allegedly triggered by having about ten players around the buoy in Nansha Strike. And just for the hell of it, here it is from another angle, plus a stupid gif. ... -

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II Delayed for Polish
NeocoreGames has announced that they are delaying the release of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II until May 22 in order to add more polish to the game.
So, what happened to the April release date of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II? SOMA 'Lambda' Trailer Goes for a Swim
SOMA, the upcoming survival horror title from Frictional Games takes us under the sea, deep under the sea.
That’s right, our next game will be set deep below the water’s surface – at the bottom of the sea. It was a decision which came very swiftly; Jens (co-founder of Frictional Games) and I sort of decided it on a whim during a meet-up. But it’s something that had been brewing inside us for a long time. Most of our earth is covered in ocean, and yet it’s something... -

Daylight Delayed to Add More Scares
The procedurally generated Unreal Engine 4 powered horror title, Daylight, has been delayed slightly in order to make the game more scary.
The game's publisher, Atlus, explains how the delay until April 29 will allow the team to fine tune the scares in a game where it never plays out the same way twice.
Let's not mince words. First news you need to know about Daylight is that we had to delay the release date by several weeks. Here's the thing: the way Daylight is developed... -

Two Areas in The Witcher 3 are 3.5 Times the Size of Skyrim
CD Projekt Red recently shared a presentation that took place at GDC 2014 last month. In it, the team revealed that two areas in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt have a combined total area of 52 square miles (136.25 square km), which absolutely dwarfs the 14.8 square miles that Skyrim encompasses.
The slides mention the size of two of the areas included in the game: the city of Novigrad measures 8.5 x 8.5 km for a total size of 72,25 square km, while Skellige is 8 x 8 km, meaning 64 square...
