Duke Nukem Survivor is apparently the Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction game that's been mentioned recently.
In addition, 3D Realms claims that Gearbox doesn't even own the trademark to "Duke Nukem" anyway. They claim it was never part of the Asset Purchase Agreement for Duke Nukem Forever.

Microtransactions Made $352 Million on Consoles Last Year
According to research conducted by Superdata, microtransactions accounted for $352 million in sales in 2013 just on consoles.
Until now, several barriers contributed to the slow adoption of microtransactions on console: audience expectations, payment preferences and available options, game inventory. The retail model of shelling out $60 for a game has long been the dominant monetization method for consoles. Likewise, the system of first having to convert real money into, for... -

We're still a week out from April Fool's day, right? Yeah? So this is real? Damn.

Our mission is to make the world more open and connected. For the past few years, this has mostly meant building... -

Weighing in at 5,760 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR5 memory, and 8 TeraFLOPS of power comes the $2,999 (USD) GeForce GTX Titan Z.
This card was unveiled today during the Nvidia keynote at the GPU Technology Conference 2014. Thief Already 50% Off in Xbox Live Store Deal
On March 28, the latest Thief title will go on sale on the Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox One for 50% off. This is in addition to 50% off Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, 33% off Call of Duty: Ghosts and 20% off Call of Duty: Ghosts Digital Hardened Edition. The big sale on Tomb Raider isn't too surprising since it's already a re-release title. The surprising news is most certainly concerning Thief and its 50% discount. This could be a worrying sign that the newest release in the fran... -

Insomniac Games Celebrates 20th Anniversary with a... Music Video?
This year, Insomniac Games celebrates 20 years of being in the industry. As a result, they made a music video! Wait... what?!
I would expect nothing less from the studio that brought us the Spyro franchise, Ratchet & Clank, and the upcoming Sunset Overdrive for the Xbox One.
If, for any reason, you want just the audio track for the song, you can grab it from Soundcloud.... -

Developer Says Steam Greenlight Going Away within a Year as Steam Becomes More Open
According to Tweets (via CVG) made by Jonathan Biddle of Curve Studios, Valve may be getting rid of their Steam Greenlight service within the next 12 months.
We met with Valve at GDC, and they say Greenlight will be gone within 12 months. They'll still offer curated space, but otherwise be open. This tends to go hand in hand with what Gabe Newell said a couple of months ago about wanting to make Greenlight go away as Steam evolves. This also ties in with how Valve is giving m... -

Battlefield 4 Naval Strike Delayed on PC to an Unknown Date
It seems as though a last minute issue known as "the entirety of Battlefield 4" (ha, jokes) showed up for Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on the PC. As a result, DICE is delaying the release of the new expansion just for PC owners. Console owners running with Premium will get their hands on Naval Strike on schedule (today).
However, we are delaying the launch of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC. We’ve detected an issue and it needs to be solved. Quality is our number one priority and... -

Ubisoft Shows First Video Glimpse at Assassin's Creed Unity
The recent leak on Assassin's Creed Unity may have forced Ubisoft's hand in showing a trailer for the game long before they actually wanted to. Even still, this is a nice gesture on their part to give the fans what they wanted.
We have been working on the new Assassin's Creed for more than three years and although we weren't quite ready to show you our full vision for a next-gen only AC, it seems Abstergo are trying to force our hand! So here's a true first look at in-game... -

Far Cry 4 Lets You Ride Elephants
The headline about Far Cry 4 should be enough to get you super excited for the upcoming sequel. The game is slated to be released in the first half of 2015 and will take place in the Himalayas, according to a story from Eurogamer. They learned that not only will you get to ride elephants, but it will be shown off in some capacity during Ubisoft's E3 press conference in June. It's apparently slated for release on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC platforms. It's said that the gam... -

PSA: Wal-Mart Selling Titanfall Xbox One Bundle for $450
This may be going on for a limited time (or it may be a new permanent price, who knows) but Wal-Mart is offering the Titanfall Xbox One bundle for just $450. That's a savings of $50 from the $500 suggested price and the price of the bundle just about everywhere else.
This bundle includes the Xbox One, controller, Kinect, a digital copy of Titanfall, and a month of Xbox Live Gold.
Interestingly, Wal-Mart is also selling the non-Titanfall bundle for $450 (USD). Keep...

March isn't even over yet and we've already seen a couple of stinkers come out from major gaming studios. While we tend to focus on the surprise hits or quality titles in these polls, this time it's a little bit different.
