Colorful Special Edition 3DS XL Models Bring Back the NES Controller, Smash Bros., and Persona
Nintendo revealed three new, colorful designs for the 3DS XL today. These designs are not for the new hardware revision coming to the 3DS lineup, but are instead for the current (older) hardware.

Creative Assembly let the world know that today, September 9, 2015, Alien: Isolation has gone gold. Microsoft Reportedly Trying to Buy Minecraft Creators Mojang
Mojang, the development studio behind Minecraft is reportedly being the target of a buyout from Microsoft. According to the Wall Street Journal and a "person with knowledge of the matter," Microsoft is allegedly offering upwards of $2 billion for the studio. Again, this is all just rumor and speculation right now from what is the equivalent of an anonymous source. EA Will Remove Ray Rice from Madden NFL 15
EA Sports said that they will remove any and all traces of Ray Rice from Madden NFL 15 after it was revealed that the former Ravens' running back is a girlfriend assaulting jackass.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Not Playable at Tokyo Game Show but New Stage Presentation is Expected
Sadly, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will not be playable at the Tokyo Game Show 2014. That's the bad news. The good news is that Kojima and Konami will show off a new video during special stage shows while TGS 2014 is going on.
Even better is the fact that a Konami rep posted on NeoGAF that the trailer will not focus on Afghanistan as most of the previously trailers have.
